A Slow Yoga Retreat in the Georgian Mountains
This is a private yoga retreat for a small group, set at the forest edge in the Adjara mountains. The whole property is ours for the stay, so there are no other guests and no rush. Phones go quiet. Days are built around yoga, good food, time outside and a gentle taste of Georgia.
Yoga happens twice a day, morning and afternoon. Practice is in the yoga dome, and on the open-air wooden platform when the weather is kind. Between sessions there is space to rest, read, walk or simply sit. Every other day there is one shared activity: a herbal walk and foraging, a cooking workshop, or a hike to a mountain lake with a swim. Evenings end in the sauna, with the cold plunge close by if you like it.
All meals are vegetarian and served in the on-site yurt restaurant. We begin with a welcome dinner on the first evening. You sleep in a mountain-view lotus tent, in a boutique-style camp that keeps the group close and the feel intimate.
This retreat suits anyone who wants to practise daily, slow down and meet new people. You do not need to be advanced. You only need to be curious and happy to spend time in the woods.
