Yoga in the Adjara Forest: Vinyasa, Hikes and Slow Days
A small yoga retreat at the forest edge in the Adjara mountains, for up to 12 guests. The retreat is led in Russian. We begin with arrival and a welcome dinner, then settle into a simple rhythm: vinyasa-style yoga in the morning, vinyasa-style yoga in the evening, and unhurried time in between.
Classes happen on the open-air wooden platform under a sailcloth roof, with the trees around you. If the weather turns, the heated yoga dome is close by. Between practices there is breakfast, lunch and dinner, all included, plus hikes and gentle nature walks from the property paths. Nothing is rushed, and there is room to rest, read or just sit outside.
This retreat suits anyone who wants yoga with air and space around it, whether you practise often or want a calm way back to your mat. It is a third edition, and earlier groups left very positive feedback. You can sleep in a private Lotus tent with a mountain view, or choose a shared dormitory space if you prefer company and a lighter budget of choices. The sauna and cold plunge are also on site for tired legs after a hike.
