Advanced Dance-Movement Lab in the Adjara Mountains
This is a laboratory for people who already move with experience. Alexander leads a small group into focused, unhurried work with dance and movement, in a place where there is room to go deep. Sessions are held in Russian.
The week starts with a gentle arrival and ends with a calm departure. In between, each day is built around dance-movement sessions. We will confirm the exact times and structure closer to the start, so the page does not promise more than we know. The group is small, 12 to 16 people, so everyone gets real attention and the room stays intimate.
This retreat is for experienced practitioners who want to experiment, refine and explore, not for those looking for a first class. If you already have a practice and want a week to follow it further, you will feel at home.
Glamping Tago sits at the forest edge in the Adjara mountains, with mountain views and evening sunsets. Practice happens on site, on the sprung wooden deck under a sailcloth roof, open to the air. When the weather asks for it, the heated yoga dome is the cosy alternative. You sleep in a Lotus tent with a mountain view, eat at the on-site restaurant, and can end a day in the sauna and cold plunge.

Your host, Maria
Alexander leads dance-movement seminars and labs, and he works with advanced and experienced participants. He has already led a dance-movement seminar at Glamping Tago, so he knows the space and the setting well.
Hosted at Glamping Tago
Every event here happens at our own mountain venue above Village Tago: forest-edge tents, a yurt restaurant, a dedicated yoga shala and a wood-fired sauna.
