Yoga and Sound Bath Retreat in the Adjara Mountains
This is a small retreat for people who want to move, then be still. Active yoga sits beside meditation, silence, tea ceremony and sound healing. The group is capped at 12, so there is room to breathe and time to talk if you want to.
Mornings begin with yoga on the open-air wooden platform, with forest and mountain air around you. Later, the group settles into the heated indoor dome for meditation and tea. Evenings are for the sauna and cold plunge, quiet rituals and campfire gatherings. After the first-day opening circle and herbal walk, you can join a day out: the Otsinari lake hike, a khachapuri cooking class, or a longer trip to Khikhani fortress and the Shuamta lakes. On the free day, an honey tour is also on offer. All of it is optional, so you can choose rest over adventure.
It suits beginners and regular practitioners alike, and anyone who wants a slower week in nature without a rigid plan. You sleep in a lotus tent with a mountain view. Meals are vegetarian and locally sourced, served at the on-site restaurant. Glamping Tago sits at the forest edge, so the practice, the food and the quiet all happen within a short walk of each other.
