Viktoria & Lev
A two-day mountain wedding for 27 guests: vows facing the peaks under a classic green arch, a Mountain Supra with BBQ, fireworks over the valley and yoga the morning after.
Dreaming of a wedding like this?
“You weren't just wonderful hosts and organizers, you truly felt like friends.”
Viktoria and Lev planned their mountain wedding in Georgia without a wedding planner. They came with a clear schedule of their own and needed a venue and a team who could make every line of it happen. On 25 and 26 July 2026 they married at Glamping Tago with 27 guests.
Planning it together
Viktoria sent us their plan for both days hour by hour, and we went through it point by point. Then she drove up for a site visit, and she and our manager Neli walked the whole glamping together, deciding where each part of the day would happen. After that the details were settled in one group chat: menu, transfers, decor, the host, the DJ and fireworks.
How the day ran
- The journey: the guests travelled together by bus from Batumi to Khulo. There our two minibuses met them and brought everyone up the last stretch of mountain road.
- Arrival: light snacks for everyone straight away, and time to settle into the tents and change for the ceremony. A steamer was ready for dresses creased on the trip.
- The ceremony: the altar faced the mountain view, with chairs on both sides of the aisle, a carpet runner and a classic green arch with flowers. Their host guided the guests to their seats, the groom walked in first, then the bride.
- Dinner: a Mountain Supra with BBQ under the big tent while the couple slipped away for photos.
- The evening: the cake at a table with a white cloth next to the altar, fireworks over the valley as they cut it, their first dance, the bouquet toss, then a DJ, the sauna for the parents and a bonfire to end the night.
- The morning after: yoga on the grass, breakfast in the tent and the bus back to Batumi.
The moment
The fireworks went up behind the cake table just as they cut the cake, with the lights of the valley below.
What they said
Two days later Viktoria wrote: "So many of our guests asked us to pass along their personal thanks for the flawless organization and the incredibly warm hospitality."
What we made happen
A site visit to plan every corner
Viktoria drove up and walked the glamping with our manager to place the altar, the cake table and the DJ.
Bus to Khulo, minibuses to Tago
Guests came up together by bus; our two minibuses took them the last stretch up the mountain.
Altar facing the mountains
Grass mown, the view cleared, chairs on both sides of the aisle and a carpet runner to the arch.
A classic green arch with flowers
The semicircle arch the bride asked for, plus flowers for the ceremony area.
Mountain Supra with BBQ
Shared Georgian dishes for the whole table and a BBQ in the mix she chose, 70% chicken and 30% beef.
Fireworks timed to the cake
Set up behind the cake table and launched while the couple cut the cake.
A host and a DJ
We introduced a Russian-speaking host and arranged the DJ, set up far from the sleeping tents.
Small things that matter
A steamer for the dresses, white cloths for the cake table and a transfer back to Batumi for their cameraman.
Sauna, bonfire and morning yoga
The spa for the parents in the evening, a bonfire to close the night and a yoga class on the grass after breakfast.
What guests said
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for these absolutely amazing two days! They became so special because of you! So many of our guests asked us to pass along their personal thanks for the flawless organization and the incredibly warm hospitality. You weren't just wonderful hosts and organizers, you truly felt like friends. Everything was so easy and natural with you, and that made all the difference!

Questions people ask
Do we need a wedding planner for a wedding at Tago?
No. Our team plans the day with you: menu, decor, transfers, host, DJ and the timing. Couples who like to plan every detail themselves, like Viktoria and Lev, work with our manager directly.
Can we visit the glamping before the wedding?
Yes. Most couples come up once to walk the site with our manager and decide where the ceremony, dinner and party will be.
Can you arrange fireworks, a host and a DJ?
Yes. We work with local fireworks, hosts and DJs and time everything to your schedule.
How do guests get to Glamping Tago?
Tago is in the mountains of Adjara, about three hours from Batumi and four from Kutaisi airport. We arrange minibuses and jeeps timed to flights and trains. The last stretch of mountain road needs our minibus or a 4x4; guests driving a normal car can park in Khulo and we pick them up there.
