Four Days of Yoga, Hiking, and Good Company with Zhanat
Morning yoga starts at 07:30, while the mountains are still cool and quiet. Each day opens with movement and breathwork, either on the open-air yoga platform or inside the yoga dome, then moves into breakfast, trail, or rest. The rhythm is simple: practice, eat, walk, breathe, gather.
Two days bring you into the hills. One is a shorter guided hike from the property. The other is a full day out in the Adjaran mountains, lunch packed, no fixed schedule. Afternoons are yours, with the evening sauna available and no pressure to fill the time.
Every evening, the group comes back together. Dinner is served at the Yurt restaurant, local vegetarian Georgian food at a shared table. After that, the campfire. Music, marshmallows, the kind of conversation that happens when people slow down. On the final morning, after one last practice and breakfast, the group departs together toward the coast, stopping along the way.
This retreat suits people who want to move their bodies, eat well, and spend a few days in the company of others without a packed programme. Up to 17 guests stay in Lotus tents with forest, mountain, and sunset views, or in the shared dormitory. All meals are included from arrival dinner to departure breakfast.
