Our partner planner. Natalia and the Iremi Wedding team plan around fifteen weddings a year in Adjara, know the camp and work in Russian and English. They take the whole planning off your hands, from concept and decor to the vendors and the day itself.
You agree their fee with them directly, usually 10-15% of the wedding budget. We charge nothing extra: the venue price is the same, and our team is on site as always.

You book the whole camp, so every clearing, the event tent, the yurt and the fire circle are yours. Most couples hold the ceremony on the meadow facing the mountains and move into the event tent for dinner and dancing - all within a two-minute walk of the tents.

A big sailcloth tent on its own flat deck with the valley below. Ceremony, dinner and party can all happen here. In good weather the walls come off; if it rains they close. The tent is fixed to the deck and cannot be moved.

Family guesthouses in Tago village take the guests who don't fit on the ridge. We book them for you and our drivers bring guests up and down.
Our kitchen is vegetarian, cooked from local produce. For meat, add the BBQ live station (grilled next to the event tent) - it is cooked for the whole group, not part of it. Everyone gets the same wedding menu; vegan, gluten-free and allergy needs are handled with notice.
Children under 6 eat free, 6-12 pay half.
Homemade lemonade, compote and water come with the supra.

Arch, flowers and decor
Our team builds the arch by hand, sets the light poles, moves the wood stoves into the tent for a cold night and styles the tables with you. Local women pick flowers and greens from village gardens and the forest, so colours follow the season (early August has few flowers; bring some or order from Batumi). Send your mood board with the programme, 30 days before the wedding, and we tell you honestly what we make here and what has to come from Batumi.
Included: tablecloths, linen napkins, plates, cutlery, glasses, tea lights, three kinds of candle holders, lanterns, haystacks, the wooden photo frame and welcome board. We build light poles between the tents - you bring the string lights (plug-in).
Bring or order: special flowers, candles in glass, flower stands, garlands, a welcome stand. We buy back your decor afterwards at 50%.

Getting your guests here
Tago is about 2 hours from Batumi. The last stretch is a mountain road for 4x4 cars and minibuses only - big buses cannot reach us. We move groups in 15- and 17-seat minibuses and 4x4 cars, in several waves from Batumi, the airport or the train station. A popular option: your own coach to Khulo, our minibuses from there.
The Khulo cable car is closed; we send a car to meet guests in Khulo.
Driving yourself? A normal car can struggle; park at the top of the camp by the sign.
Transfers are paid in cash to our reception, never to the driver.
Send us each guest's flight or train time; we build the transfer plan a few days before.
Your vendors need transport too. Most photographers, DJs, hosts and stylists charge the ride to Tago on top of their fee. We can pool several of them into one car, and a vendor who leaves early (a cameraman after the first dance) needs his own car back.

Booking and payment
A wedding always books the whole camp. We close it to other guests for you, so there is no part-booking and no reducing the number of tents later - the price is for the place, not per tent. The number of guests for food can still change up to 7 days before the wedding; after that the kitchen buys for the confirmed number.
We recommend at least two nights: one to arrive, set up and have dinner together, one for the wedding day. Most couples come 2-3 days early.
Pay in lari by bank transfer or a payment link; company invoices in GEL or EUR. What you use on the day is settled on site, cash or transfer, against an itemized invoice.
