Long tables. 102 seated. Three supra tables, guests down both sides, with 1.5 m aisles between them so staff can serve without climbing over anyone. The centre poles come up through the middle table.

Before you book
Site requirements
Worth checking before you book. Most jobs we cannot take fail on one of these five points, and all five are quick to check with a tape measure and a phone camera.

Space
The tent itself is 9.7 x 15.2 m, but the guy lines run out about 3 m past the wall on every side and that ground has to be clear too.
- Comfortable: 16 x 21.5 m of flat ground, about 344 m2.
- Tightest we will attempt: 13 x 18.5 m, with the guy lines steepened. Send photos first.
- Overhead: 7 m of clear air over the whole footprint. The centre peak is 5.9 m.
- No branches, cables, balconies or washing lines above the tent.

Level
On a slope the walls hang badly, tables rock and rainwater runs the wrong way.
- Ideal: less than 15 cm of fall across the whole footprint, roughly 1%.
- Workable: up to 30 cm, if you tell us in advance so we can pack out the low side.
- More than 30 cm: send photos. We will probably say no.
- No steps, kerbs or raised beds inside the footprint.

Access
The kit is 59 packages and 571 kg in a 3.2 m crate, with a longest pole of 2.95 m.
- A road a 3.5 tonne van or light truck can use, reaching within 50 m of the spot.
- Parking for two vehicles on the build day and the takedown day.
- Tell us if the last stretch is a footpath, steep, or through a gate, and how wide the gate is.
- Drinking water for the crew. No electricity is needed to build the tent.

Time and paperwork
We build the day before your event and take it down the day after. Both days are already in the quote.
- Plan the build for the day before, not the morning of the event.
- Permits and permission to use the ground are yours to arrange.
- If a permit needs the tent's dimensions or weight, ask us and we will send them on letterhead.

Weather
The roof is waterproof and fire retardant and handles ordinary rain and moderate wind.
- In a severe storm the decision to take the tent down is ours, for safety.
- If we have to strike it in the rain there is a 800 GEL wet takedown fee.
- Wet PVC has to be dried the same day or it rots in storage.

We carry stakes, not ballast. On grass or soil we turn up and build. On concrete, paving or decking we can still do it, but we need to see the spot first and price the ballast into the job. Send two photos and we will come back within a day.

If it is raining when we take the tent down, add 800 GEL. Wet canvas has to be dried the same day. In dry weather this does not apply.

Common questions
Yes, but not with our stakes, so it needs a site check first. On concrete, asphalt, paving or decking we anchor with ballast at each of the 14 points, or with bolted eye plates if the owner lets us drill. Send two photos of the spot and we will tell you within a day what it needs. On grass, soil or gravel we just turn up and build.
Sixteen by twenty-one and a half metres is comfortable. The tent is 9.7 x 15.2 m and the rest is guy lines, which run about 3 m past the walls. The tightest we will attempt is 13 x 18.5 m with the guys steepened, and that one needs photos first.
The roof is waterproof and fire retardant, and the clear sidewalls zip on to keep wind and rain out without losing the view. Rain during your event is not a problem. Rain on the day we take the tent down is, because wet PVC has to be dried the same day or it rots in storage, so there is a 800 GEL wet takedown fee in that case.
It handles moderate wind well. It is a tensioned structure anchored at 14 points with 1 metre steel stakes, not a pop-up gazebo. In a severe storm our crew makes the call on whether it comes down, and that decision is ours rather than yours, for safety.
102 seated at long supra tables, 80 at round tables of ten, 168 in ceremony rows, or 208 standing. Every one of those numbers is counted off the scale plan above, where each dot is a guest and the aisles are wide enough to serve down. Add a dance floor, a stage or a buffet and you lose seats to make room for them.
No. We rent the tent, its walls, its drapes and its flags, and we bring the crew to put it up. Furniture, lighting, flooring, heating and catering are not included. We know good people for all of them in Adjara and can point you their way.
One day. Be aware that setup, takedown and transport are one-time costs, so a single day is poor value per day. Seven days or more gets 10% off the daily rate, and the calculator shows the per-day price falling as you add days.
A full day with a crew of three or four, and another full day to take down. That is why we arrive the day before your event rather than the morning of it. Both days are already priced into your quote.
Anywhere in Georgia. Our base is in Khulo in Adjara, and the calculator has a transport price for every region from Batumi to Kakheti. Further away costs more because the crew drives out twice, once to build and once to strike. Outside Georgia, ask us.
Price it above, then send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm after seeing photos of the site. An advance holds your date and the rest is due on the build day. There is also a 1,500 GEL refundable deposit which comes back to you in full after we take the tent down.
Yes. Every price on this page and in the calculator already includes 18% VAT, so the total you see is the total you pay. The refundable deposit sits outside that because it is a returnable security, not a sale.
Come to Tago. It stands on our event platform in Khulo for most of the season and you are welcome to walk under it, which tells you more than any photograph. Message us and we will find a time.
