Accommodation
Private rooms: Lotus belle tent
There are 12 private rooms at the Glamping. From the inside all of them are identical the only thing which changes is the view:
– Sunset (6) (best view)
– Mountain (4)
– Forest (2)
Max two people per tent. You can chose between a double bed or 2 single beds.

Dormitory
In the dormitory there is space for 9 people divided in pods on 3 levels. Ideal for groups or for the organizers.

Standard options
Our kitchen is local vegetarian cuisine mixed with European dishes. Both breakfast and dinner are in buffet form. For both we have 3 pre-made buffets from which you can chose.

Note: it is not possible to make a group booking without including breakfast and dinner.

Georgian supra (65 gel)
Enjoy our authentic Georgian Supra (feast) served family-style. Large bowls of traditional dishes are placed on communal tables for self-serving. Each Supra includes Georgian wine. Choose from three Supra variations detailed below.
BBQ (+20 gel)
(only available for private events)
Enhance your standard buffet with our BBQ option. Chefs prepare freshly grilled meats in front of your guests, adding these selections directly to the buffet.

Activities
Cooking workshop
in this cooking workshop our local chef will teach your guests how to make Adjarian Khachapuri. From the dough until the final finishes. At the end of the workshop we all eat together!

Picnic at the lake
Your guests will be guided by one of our local guides on hike to the lake. At the same time one of our drivers will drive to the lake and prepare a picnic at the lake.

Movie night under the stars
With our projector we can create an outdoor or indoor cinema. We have a some pre-picked movies which fit perfect with the atmosphere of the Glamping but feel free to bring your own.

Massage workshop
Our Group Massage Workshop is designed to accommodate up to 35 participants. The session will focus on basic massage techniques, suitable for beginners. It’s an interactive and practical experience, set in the natural ambiance of our glamping site. Here’s what you need to know:
- Capacity: Up to 35 people.
- Duration: The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.
- Equipment: All necessary materials, including mats and towels, will be provided.
- Instructor: A qualified massage therapist will lead the workshop, ensuring a professional and informative session.
- Location: Outdoor setting within our glamping area, weather permitting.
- Suitable for: Beginners and those interested in basic massage techniques.

Wim Hof experience
Dive into our “Breath & Chill” Wim Hof experience, tailored for groups seeking a unique blend of wellness activities. This immersive session includes guided breathing exercises, meditation, a rejuvenating cold bath, and a relaxing steam sauna. It’s designed to enhance mindfulness, improve resilience, and invigorate the body. Suitable for all experience levels, it offers a perfect balance of tranquility and challenge in the heart of nature.

Painting workshop
Engage in a creative journey with our “Mountain Canvas” painting workshop. Ideal for groups, this session offers guidance from a local artist, allowing participants to capture the stunning Adjara mountains on canvas. No experience needed. A half-day of art in nature, with all materials supplied.
- Capacity: Up to 35 people.
- Duration: The workshop lasts approximately 4 hours.
- Equipment: All necessary materials, including paint and canvas will be provided.
- Instructor: A professional painter will lead the painting workshop.
- Location: Outdoor setting within our glamping area, weather permitting.
- Suitable for: Beginners and those interested in basic massage techniques.

Booking options
Full booking
In this option the complete Glamping is booked for your retreat meaning there will be no other guests.
In this case there are more options for customizability as we do not need to take in account other guests.
Partial booking
In this option a part of the Glamping is booked and there will still be other guests. Our policy is that we respect each one of our guests.
You will still be able to make use of our indoor yoga space but some activities won’t be possible.

Privatization
In this case we close our restaurant for external guests, meaning you will have full privacy. This option is only possible when booking the complete Glamping.

FAQ and Policies
Group bookings (retreats, weddings, team buildings): a 30% deposit confirms the booking and is non-refundable.
Free cancellation: the remaining balance can be cancelled free of charge until 3 months before arrival.
Less than 3 months before arrival: the full amount is due and non-refundable.
Replacement Guests: If we are able to fill the dates, we may offer a refund regardless of timing.
- Initial Payment: 30% of the accommodation cost is due at the time of booking (non-refundable).
- Final Payment: the remaining amount is due 3 months before arrival.
- On-Site Expenses: Payments for restaurant and other services are settled before check-out.
General Rules
- Restaurant Policy: Outside food or drinks are not permitted in the restaurant. Our restaurant is a key part of our community support;
It is not possible to make a group booking without ordering as well breakfast and dinner.
Rules for Partial Bookings
- Respect for Others: Please be considerate of other guests at all times.
- Noise Control: No loud music is allowed around the tents or in the restaurant. You may play loud music in the yoga space or in areas further from the rooms.
- No Barbecues: BBQs are not permitted on the premises.
- Activity Restrictions: Avoid activities that could potentially disturb other guests.

Check-out: 11 am
Early check-in: 1pm (200 gel)
Late check-out: 1pm (200 gel)
Minimum 8 rooms.
Note: you are always welcome to stay at the Glamping outside these hours.
We just need to be able to clean and prepare the rooms for the next guests.
To ensure a successful retreat at Glamping Tago, we kindly request:
- Complete Program: Submit a full schedule (daily and hourly breakdown) of activities 30 days before your retreat.
- Room Organization: Provide a room allocation plan 7 days in advance.
- Organizer Details: List of organizers, their roles, and contact information.
Please note, failure to provide this information on time may impact our ability to manage logistical or organizational aspects of the retreat. We’re committed to making every retreat a memorable experience and view your retreat’s success as an extension of Glamping Tago’s reputation.
