This cable car is the second-longest free span cable car in Europe.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This cable car is unique in its kind. The Khulo cable car was built in 1985 and has a length of 1.919 meters. The entire road, from <a href=\"https:\/\/glampingtago.ge\/history-of-khulo\/\">Khulo<\/a> to Tago, does not have a single intermediate pillar. With all this, the road passes at an altitude of 350 meters, over the gorge of the Adjaristskali River.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The adventure begins from the first moment you enter the cable car. We sincerely believe that an extra couple of GEL (local currency\/ lari) will not ruin us as tourists, and will support the local population.<\/span><\/p><p><u>Tago village\u00a0<\/u><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other side of the Khulo cable car is a picturesque typical Adjarian village called Tago. You don&#8217;t want to miss out on these views! There is a small cafe next to the cable car, but if you go to the observation point, you can see Glamping Tago, which has a unique yurt restaurant with the most varied vegetarian menu! (Very unexpected, isn&#8217;t it? Lol)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On our behalf, we can add that having done this way, it is worth giving a chance to our restaurant in Glamping Tago. The concept of the restaurant aims to bring the guests together. Moreover, for all dishes prepared in the restaurant only local products are used. So you can also &#8220;taste&#8221; the local culture!<\/span><\/p><p><u>Working hours\u00a0<\/u><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cable car works from 9:00 \u2013 6:00 p.m. When and from where the cable car moves during those hours depends on the number of people who want to use the cable car.<\/span><\/p><p><u>Break<\/u><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Khulo cable car takes a one-hour break between 13h00 \u2013 14h00. So it\u2019s best to take this into account to avoid being stuck in Tago (which won\u2019t be that bad).<\/span><\/p><p><u>Photozone<\/u><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking good pictures in the cable car cabin itself will be difficult. The windows in the cable car are not very clear. It is frightening not only that the cable car seems at first glance not the most durable, but also the level of height above which it passes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cable is 1.7 km long and up to 280 meters height. It has no support structure. It just hangs between the two departure stations. Today, the cable car is the shortest and fastest way to travel between villages. The cable car is used to transport people and goods.he cable car also serves schoolchildren so that they can get from the village to the center of Khulo to school. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, considering what kind of relief Georgia has, it is obvious that it is very difficult to do without cable cars in the country.
