The best place I stayed during my travels in Georgia. I stayed in the dormitory and was maybe the coolest dorm I've stayed in ever! The administrators are an incredibly welcoming couple who work extremely hard to welcome and host everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better way to round out my trip in Georgia. Everything was stunning and this space really put my soul at peace! Will come again if I return to Georgia!
Breathtaking place with amazing hospitality, the most kind, interesting & welcoming owners (they are from Belgium), great service, mountain views, tasty vegetarian food & great community. Tents are very cozy and authentic with a fireplace inside, and they also have a modern tent with capsule-style beds. If their rooms are sold out, you can even stay with your own tent. I stayed everywhere and it was amazing. Recommend for detoxing in the mountains. Truly one of a kind place in Georgia. Got lucky to discover it at the right time & meet lots of amazing people.
Stunning place, exclusive location and perfect treatment. We stayed one night and woshed for more. Tents are fully equipped also for colder weathers in general very welcoming. The camp has delicious buffet (put up by local people w local products), super comfy bathrooms and a common sense which invites everyone to gather and get to know. Beautiful hikes are also possible starting from the camp.
A mountain paradise. Cozy, stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The views are amazing and you can even take a shower and watch a mountain view from a window. The price for the night was of course a bit higher than regularly in Georgia, but absolutely justifiable with distant/difficult location and crazily beautiful views. Huge recommendations!
Awesome views, comfortable tents, super welcoming staff (administrator Yulia, thank you so much), really tasty food. Attention to details and to guests. My wife got a cake when we spent her birthday there. Really special place. Only one con: smell of smoke at evening time, as the whole Khulo and Tago warms themselves with wood. So, even at the top of the hill, there is no fresh air, which you expect to have in the mountains. I guess this depends on wind, and most likely during summertime there is no such issue.
