class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hey everyone, the new season has started and I am super excited! We are already in full swing to get the Glamping 100% ready and make it even better than last season.<\/p><p>For those of you who are short on time, here is the summary:\u00a0<\/p><p>Right now we have already made some improvements, we&#8217;ve improved the sauna,\u00a0 finished our new bathrooms under the dorm and started with the construction of another block that will have outoor showers! So get ready to shower under the open sky (yes there will also still be indoor ones as well) ;). Next to that there is a new Sailcloth event tent on the way with the capacity to hold events up to a 100 people (will arrive by the end of June)!\u00a0<\/p><p>We&#8217;re also saying heartfelt goodbyes to some amazing team members (Julia, Kiril, and Anna) but welcoming fresh faces like Irakli (our new manager) and Giorgi (our marketing wizard). Plus, Alewyn&#8217;s back as our yoga teacher and receptionist!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf3839 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2bf3839\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quick update on the business\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5975d38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5975d38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Okay an honest look at how the Glamping is doing. Last year brought some unexpected challenges &#8211; the cable car maintenance, a powerful storm, and early October snow. So it was tough&#8230; But the most important thing is that we got through it, and learned a lot along the way!<\/p><p>Now for the next season, we&#8217;re facing new dynamics: increased competition (always welcome), inflation, and some uncertainty about the country&#8217;s direction. All the above gives me more energy to go harder, to be more creative and to keep pushing to create the best experience in Georgia (and beyond).<\/p><p>So yes more challenges will come our way but together with our team I am ready to take them on, head first!<\/p><p>The new season looks promising. With our amazing new team, tons of improvements in the pipeline, and bookings already flowing in, this season is on the way to be our best yet!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ec76b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ec76b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Farewells<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfb6950 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bfb6950\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b><u>Kiril &amp; Julia<\/u><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-234bd05 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"234bd05\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>While we knew this day would come, it&#8217;s still a bit sad to see them go. For a year and a half, we&#8217;ve had Julia and Kiril by our side, and they truly took care of the Glamping like it was their own. We couldn&#8217;t have wished for better people! It was an honour to get to know them and work with them for the past year and a half!\u00a0<\/p><p>T<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">he good news is that we are still in very close contact, and Kiril will be assisting remotely! She\u2019s been with us since before we opened\u2014almost four years! We&#8217;ve been through countless highs and lows together, and she consistently went above and beyond what was expected. Not only did she excel at her work, but she also provided invaluable emotional support when needed. I&#8217;ve watched Anna grow over these years, and I&#8217;m incredibly proud to announce that she&#8217;s starting her own company!<\/p><p>Thank you, Anna! He&#8217;ll be spearheading the Glamping for the next season (and hopefully many more). Why did we choose Irakli? He has run a successful restaurant in Tbilisi, so you can expect even better, more delicious food. Additionally, Irakli has been part of the holistic and wellness community, having been on retreats himself quite often. So he knows exactly what is needed to create an outstanding retreat. started a new tradition at the Glamping with our first co-working week. For five days, we turned two of the lotus tents into quiet work spaces, shared meals, did yoga together, and took time to enjoy the beautiful Georgian mountains.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">With good internet, a sauna to unwind in, and plenty of good company, the week felt productive and relaxed. People had space for deep work, but also time to connect and explore.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">We\u2019re happy to announce that co-working week will now happen every April and October. Their 5-day, 4-night retreat is all about channelling the power of deep breathing, cold exposure, and mindful meditation to create a reset for both body and mind.<\/div><div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-eea2ddcf-6b94-4119-85d0-daa2ccd4a7a0\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-035fc95f-acf0-41de-a86f-a86c7d97c57b\">At the time, we had no ice bath\u2014which, well\u2026 is quite essential for a Wim Hof retreat. So we created a makeshift ice bath and brought ice all the way from Batumi! A bit crazy?
